3D printing is making 3D-printed phones more accessible, but it’s still not perfect.
That’s why we’re sharing our top tips to get the most out of your 3D printed phone case.1.
Check the print bedBefore you go printing, check the print print bed.
There should be a “1” in the center of the print.
If it doesn’t, there’s a problem with your print bed, or the print may be too big.2.
Use a print bed that’s designed for your sizeBefore you print your phone case, try to get a print that’s the right size for your phone.
That will allow you to make sure your phone fits properly.3.
Make sure your print is accurateFirst, check to make certain the print is correctly sized.
The “size” in your phone print is the diameter of the part that you want to print, which can be printed on a standard 3D Printer or by a 3-D scanner.
Make certain your print will fit your phone perfectly.4.
Measure the print widthThe width of the printer print is how wide it should be.
It’s usually printed on the same sheet that it’s being printed on.
For example, if you print on a thick paper, the width should be about 7.5 millimeters.
For a smaller print, it might be printed a little smaller.
For a bigger print, the print should be smaller.
For an even bigger print you might want to go a little larger.5.
Add the correct materialThe print bed should be able to accommodate the printed part.
If the part is too large or small, you may have to add additional material.
For instance, a thicker print may need more material than a thinner print.6.
Measure againYou can measure the print height and width again before printing the phone case if the print doesn’t fit.
If you print a smaller part or if you don’t get the correct size, you can make sure the print fits again.7.
Add additional materialIf you’re printing a phone with a metal body, you should be careful with the metal.
Make a note of the thickness of the metal and its shape.
It may also help to take a picture of the side of the body where you print it.
If there are any signs of wear or damage, you’ll want to replace the part.
If you print with ABS or PETG, you will want to make your print as flat as possible.
This will allow the ABS to flex to fit the phone.8.
Add some more materialIf the print isn’t perfect, you could also add more material to the side to make it fit properly.
For that, you might need to cut a hole in the side and place a metal rod through that hole.
If your print fit, you’re done!9.
Cut and mount the printThis is where it gets interesting.
To mount your phone, you need to make a hole.
You can do this with a drill, a file, or a 3M.
This is where you will need a template to make the hole.
Your template will also need to be long enough to make everything fit together.
The hole you drilled should be as big as your print.
Be sure to cut it as long as you can.
For the hole you cut, make sure to make an even size so you can fit the part perfectly.
If a hole isn’t right, you probably shouldn’t have printed it.
The template you used to make this hole should be long.
For this to work, you must cut a small piece of tape and then attach it to the template so you don.t have to cut again.
It should be longer than the hole size.
To attach the template to your phone’s print, cut a template that is as wide as your phone part and as long (2.5 cm or more) as the part you are attaching it to.
For our example, the template was 2.5 centimeters wide and 2 centimeters long.
Attach the template in the hole with a small drill bit.
You should now have a template of length 4 centimeters.10.
Make the print readyFor the final step, make your phone fit in the printed template.
You will need to use your printer to print the phone in a position that will make the print fit.
First, you want your phone to be in the right place.
If not, you don?t have the part right.
This means you need a small amount of space to print it correctly.
You might want this space to be a bit smaller than the print, or larger than the printed print.
This can be done by cutting a hole that is about the same size as your part.
To make sure this works, put your phone in the correct position and then remove the part from the template.
Once the part has been removed from the printed one, the part should be in place.
